Also you have to know the best cosmetics will be booming at Indonesia nowadays.

RESPONSIBILITY :

• • To produce concepts or ideas for innovative new products on market research
  • Analyze market needs and being proactive in looking for potential customers.
  • Collect and gather information from both existing and new client regarding cosmetics that they will be need .
  • Estimate and ensure of price of new product.
  • Negotiate with customers and handle complaints.
  • Preparing documents in accordance with SOP required for new product development.
  • Building and develop relation with new clients or existing clients
  • Routine sales report and update to Management.
  • Achieve the marketing target.

QUALIFICATION:

• • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma,Bachelor’s Degree ( S1) Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy/Pharmacology, Marketing, Biotechnology, Social Science/Sociology, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Negotiation & Presentation Skill, Product Development, Project Development, CPKB, Halal, Cosmetic, Maklon, OEM Manufacture, Make Up Decorative, Skincare, Business Development, 
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia, 
  • USUAL TO USING SKIN CARE & COSMETIC DECORATIVE & KNOW THE TREND OF COSMETICS IN INDONESIA &  WORLD
  • At least 3 years of working experienceas BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT/MARKETING/PRODUC DEVELOPMENT in MAKLON COSMETICS MANUFACTURE (ODM, OEM Maklon Cosmetics Manufacture) is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Yogyakarta
    However, it would be required to travel intercity or interstate.
  • Preferably Staff(non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Sales-Corporate, NPD(new product development), B2B marketing, Key account management or equivalent
  • Need 4 (or more) full time and contract position (s) available.
